What Information Do We Collect?
When you enable Error Monitoring, TMXIO collects operational data needed to identify failures, show them in the product, and help your team understand what happened without having to reproduce every issue from scratch.
What This Setting Is For
Section titled “What This Setting Is For”Error Monitoring is designed for operational troubleshooting. It gives TMXIO enough context to surface failures, group them correctly, and help your team or TMXIO support investigate what went wrong.
What We Collect
Section titled “What We Collect”- site and environment identifiers
- error messages and stack traces when available
- request metadata related to the failure
- timestamps and event context
- plugin or integration state needed to understand the error
How We Use It
Section titled “How We Use It”- to show errors and alerts in TMXIO
- to help your team understand what failed and when
- to reduce time spent reproducing operational issues
- to give support enough context to assist when you escalate a problem
What This Setting Is Not For
Section titled “What This Setting Is Not For”This setting is not intended to collect unrelated customer content or become a general analytics tool. Its purpose is operational support and troubleshooting.
Good To Know
Section titled “Good To Know”- Error Monitoring is controlled per connected site or environment.
- You can disable it again if your team no longer wants TMXIO to collect this operational data.
- If your organization has policy or compliance questions, contact support before enabling it broadly.
