Launch Your First Site

Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- You know whether the site will be hosted by TMXIO or connected from existing hosting.
- You have the right workspace access in TMXIO.
- You know whether the site already exists somewhere else or is net new.
Launch in Three Steps
Section titled “Launch in Three Steps”-
Pick the operating model.
If TMXIO is hosting the site, continue through the hosted-site setup and plan your domains, environments, and deployment flow.
If you are keeping existing hosting, install the TMXIO WordPress Plugin and connect the site from WordPress admin.

Confirm the environment strategy.
Know where the work will happen first:
Productionfor live customer trafficStagingfor validation and approvalsDevelopmentfor active implementation work when available

Make one success check immediately.
For hosted sites, make sure the site is visible in TMXIO and the domain or deployment state matches your expectation.
For external sites, use the plugin’s connection flow and confirm the site appears in TMXIO without a connection warning.
Pick Your Path
Section titled “Pick Your Path” Hosted by TMXIO TMXIO runs the WordPress infrastructure, environments, and deployments for you.
External WordPress (Plugin) Keep your current host and connect the site to TMXIO with the WordPress plugin.
Lens rollout Start a review cycle and bring Lens visibility to your team.
What Success Looks Like
Section titled “What Success Looks Like”- The site exists in TMXIO in the correct workspace.
- You know which environment to use next.
- You can reach the next operating guide without guessing.
