Your First 30 Minutes in TMXIO

You will have a site connected or launched, know which environment you are working in, and understand where the next layer of support docs lives.

  1. Decide whether the site is hosted by TMXIO or remains on existing hosting.

  2. Get the site into TMXIO, either by launching it there or by connecting it from WordPress.

  3. Confirm the environment you are working in before making changes.

  4. Review connection or site status so you know the platform sees the site correctly.

  5. Enable the first tool your team will rely on, usually Lens or uptime monitoring.

  • The site is visible in the correct workspace.
  • The environment label matches the site you expected to work on.
  • Plugin-driven sites report a healthy connection.
  • Hosted sites have the right domain and deployment state.
  • Treating staging and production as interchangeable.
  • Following hosted-site instructions on an external connected site.
  • Assuming a plugin is connected because it is installed.
  • Sending a support request without the site name, environment, and the time the issue started.
